Privacy Policy
The Neothesis Foundation ("Neothesis") is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, members and other visitors to its websites. This document discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices and is applicable to all of our websites.
Information Gathering & Visitor Tracking
Certain information is trackable about visitors to all web servers on the Internet. This information includes details about the browser you are using and a certain information that could be, under some circumstances be used to identify you. At minimum, your IP address and domain name (assigned to you by your Internet service provider) are available and trackable by all web servers. This information is automatically recorded in the web server logs whenever you visit any website. What is done with that information (if anything) depends on a number of factors.
Neothesis uses the above information, including specific page visits, for statistical purposes. This helps us to administer our sites, diagnose problems, and to provide traffic patterns and demographic information about the visitors to our sites.
Cookies
All modern web browsers are capable of storing and retrieving information sent to it by web servers. Your web browser stores this information in your web browser in the form of a "session token", more commonly referred to as a "cookie". Cookies can contain information that you provided to the website (such as your language viewing preferences) or an identification code that may be used to track your visits to the site. While it is not necessary to utilise cookies to track individual visitors, it can improve the accuracy of that tracking and, therefore, make your browsing experience more relevant.
We use cookies to know if you are a repeat visitor. If you have registered with us (that is, if you have a User ID & password) then we use cookies to identify your logged-in status, so you don't need to enter your password for every page you view. For security reasons, we do not store personal information (such as your User ID or password) in the cookies themselves.
If you are concerned about the contents of cookies stored in your web browser, you can examine them, delete them and, on certain web browsers, even place restrictions on which websites can or cannot utilise cookies. Please refer to the help documents of your specific web browser for more information.
Tracking Via Other Sites
Neothesis sites may contain links to other websites. Further, we may sometimes use the services of outside companies to provide additional services (such as site search or banner advertising). Since these sites are outside our networks and Internet domains, Neothesis has no control over the information gathering and privacy practices of such websites. Nonetheless, we don't share personal information about our visitors to any of these outside sites.
In the case where a Client or member enters into a Service Agreement, such Service Agreement may supersede the policies stated herein. In such case we may provide information to third parties to facilitate obtaining credit authorisation, or other reasons stated in the Service Agreement.
Public Forums
Many websites provide public forums such as blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards and guest books, where visitors can post messages to be read by other visitors. Neothesis may make such public forums available to its clients, members and other users. Any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public and you should exercise caution if you intend to disclose information of a personal nature.
Security
We endeavour to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Neothesis has measures in place to protect the security of our network servers and the information under our control. Still, there is no guarantee that such information is 100% safe. You should exercise caution when disclosing information of a personal nature, including but not limited to your name, address and credit card numbers.
Contact Information and Opt-Out
If you provide us with personal information (such as your name, email address, postal address, phone numbers or credit card numbers), we keep that information in the strictest confidence. It is never given, loaned or sold to third parties. We, of course, will use that information in the normal coarse of doing business with you for our contact and billing purposes.
Even if you are not a Neothesis client or member but have, nonetheless, supplied us with such information, we may occasionally send you product promotions, special offers or news about our organisation. You have the option of "opting out" of receiving such communications from us. That is, you may request not to receive, or you may request to stop receiving such information. Please refer to Corrections & Updates (below) for information on how to do so.
We never send email in connection with products or services that are not clearly and directly related to Neothesis or its services. We never send such email to anyone who hasn't directly supplied contact information to us, and we do not buy, sell or otherwise exchange mailing lists.
If you are receiving email that appears to violate the above policy, please send a copy of the offending message (via the "contact" link at the top of this page). Please include the entire message, including the full message header. We will investigate all suspected violations of this Privacy Policy and Anti-spam policy to the fullest.

If you are unable to make those modifications yourself, you may send your corrections via our Contact Page (a "Contact" link is at the top of this page) and the information will be updated for you.
